My comment...  Snopes says this story is unproven. Sadly, Snopes has shown their true stripes and that is about as far as they can go. I have no idea if the story is real, but Obama, who was raised in a Muslim home and who strongly identifies with his Muslim father has never said anything to indicate he is NOT fully Muslim. Yes, he attended the Christian church of that radical Chicago preacher ("Reverend" Wright?), but only because he could enjoy anti-American hate speech. However, Snopes likes to downplay that.  My thought is that he simply is unable (or uncaring enough) to hide his true feelings anymore. In a fit of rage, Obama snaps at U.S. military brass: "Don't you dare try and paint all of Islam with the same brush.    Showing his Muslim stripes, Obama threw a hissy fit and stomped out of a Pentagon meeting about the bombing campaign against ISIS over remarks allegedly tying the Islamic State (ISIS) to Islam. His tantrum reportedly took place in the afternoon of last week just prior to the president's departure to Camp David. It was an informal briefing on the expanded bombing campaigns to take place in both Syria and Iraq. Halfway through the already very brief briefing, President Obama stood up clearly agitated, and walked out of the room. The casually dressed Obama returned to the briefing moments later with a senior adviser alongside him, though his mood continued to indicate he was still very upset. The senior adviser made a couple pointed remarks to the Pentagon representatives, reminded them the president had already had a very busy day, and then both she and the president once again left the room. Within seconds, Barack Obama returned again to the just concluded briefing, pointing at the still seated Pentagon staff and indicating how "inappropriate" it was to "try and paint all of Islam with the same brush." The president repeated similar remarks, his mood going from agitation to outrage. His voice carried to several other West Wing offices. The senior adviser, who did not originally return with the president into the briefing, suddenly re-appeared alongside him,  as well as the president's personal aide. She was smiling, and telling everyone "we're done here" which she repeated several times and then led the president back out into the hallway.

THE ANSWER IS NO...     This is very  interesting and we all need to read it from start to finish. And send it on to  everyone. Maybe this is why our American Muslims are so quiet and not speaking  out about any atrocities.   Can a good  Muslim be a good American? This question was forwarded to a friend who worked in  Saudi Arabia for 20 years. The following is his reply:   · Theologically - no. Because his allegiance is  to Allah, The moon god of Arabia.   · Religiously - no. Because no other religion is  accepted by His Allah except Islam. (Quran,2:256)(Koran)   · Scripturally - no. Because his allegiance is  to the five Pillars of Islam and the Quran.   · Geographically - no. Because his allegiance is  to Mecca , to which he turns in prayer five times a day.   · Socially - no. Because his allegiance to Islam  forbids him to make friends with Christians or Jews.   · Politically - no. Because he must submit to  the mullahs (spiritual leaders), who teach annihilation of Israel and  destruction of America , the great Satan.   · Domestically - no. Because he is instructed to  marry four Women and beat and scourge his wife when she disobeys him. (Quran  4:34 )   · Intellectually - no. Because he cannot accept  the American Constitution since it is based on Biblical principles and he  believes the Bible to be corrupt.   · Philosophically - no. Because Islam, Muhammad,  and the Quran does not allow freedom of religion and expression. Democracy and  Islam cannot co-exist. Every Muslim government is either dictatorial or  autocratic.   · Spiritually - no. Because when we declare 'one  nation under God,' The Christian's God is loving and kind, while Allah is NEVER  referred to as Heavenly father, nor is he ever called love in the Quran's 99  excellent names.   Therefore,  after much study and deliberation... Perhaps we  should be very suspicious of ALL MUSLIMS in this country. They obviously cannot  be both 'good' Muslims and 'good' Americans. Call it what you wish it's still  the truth. You had better believe it. The more who understand this, the better  it will be for our country and our future.   The  religious war is bigger than we know or understand! If you don't want to be involved you best be pricing prayer rugs.

Your government, not mine

MANASSAS, VA — A 17-year-old boy is being persecuted because he and his 15-year-old girlfriend voluntarily shared naked pictures with one another. As if that were not enough injustice, the boy was forcibly photographed naked as evidence… and investigators want even more.

Trey Simms, 17, is the teen at the center of this controversy. He has been charged with two felonies — manufacturing and distributing child pornography — because of the text messages shared between he and his girlfriend, who is two years younger than him.

Police confiscated his cell phone and iPad as evidence. They also forced him to pose nude for photographs that would be used as further "evidence." NBC Washington provided an interview with the boy's aunt, in which she explained what has already been done to the boy:

"He said they took him to a room and took pictures of his genitalia," Stacy Bigley [Trey's aunt] said. "I asked if they're allowed to do that, and [Trey] said, 'I tried to refuse,'" which he did, he didn't want to do it. They told him if he did not they would do it by force."

A local magistrate signed off on a new search warrant Thursday, asking for more nude pictures of Trey's genitalia to compare with evidence. The teen said police wanted to force him to become aroused.

According to the boy's lawyer, Jessica Harbeson Foster, prosecutors want more nude photos of the boy — while he has a medically-induced erection. There is an actual signed search warrant to acquire "pictures of his erect penis."

When Foster asked how police were going to acquire the photos, she was told,according to the Washington Post: "we just take him down to the hospital, give him a shot and then take the pictures that we need."

Detective David E. Abbott of the Manassas City Police Department is the lead investigator of Trey Simms' case. When the defense attorney spoke with the detective, he said that after obtaining photos of the teen's erect penis he would "use special software to compare pictures of this penis to this penis."

"Who does this?" Ms. Foster asked. "It's just crazy."

"This is a 17-year-old who goes to school every day, plays football, has never been in trouble with the law before," said the boy's lawyer to the Washington Post. "Now he's saddled with two felonies and the implication that he's a sexual predator. I don't mind trying the case. My goal is to stop the search warrant. I don't want him to go through that. Taking him down to the hospital so he can get an erection in front of all those cops, that's traumatizing."

The irony of the situation is that in the process of "investigating" this so-called child pornography case, the government is itself creating more "child pornography" — by the state's own definition. Whereas no victim existed when two teenagers were voluntarily showing pictures to each other, the government's involvement has produced actual child abuse and humiliation.

The government apparently will stop at nothing short of ruining this boy's life. If Trey Simms is convicted of the felonies he has been charged with, he could face years in prison and spend the rest of his life as a registered sex-offender. All because of an activity that should not have been made into a criminal matter.

Heavily armed drug cops raid retiree's garden, seize okra plants

Georgia police raided a retired Atlanta man's garden last Wednesday after a helicopter crew with the Governor's Task Force for Drug Suppression spotted suspicious-looking plants on the man's property. A heavily-armed K9 unit arrived and discovered that the plants were, in fact, okra bushes.

The officers eventually apologized and left, but they took some of the suspicious okra leaves with them for analysis. Georgia state patrol told WSB-TV in Atlantathat "we've not been able to identify it as of yet. But it did have quite a number of characteristics that were similar to a cannabis plant."

Indeed! Like cannabis, okra is green and it has leaves.

Okra busts like these are good reason for taxpayers to be skeptical about the wisdom of sending guys up in helicopters to fly around aimlessly, looking for drugs in suburban gardens. And that's not to mention the issue of whether we want a society where heavily-armed cops can burst into your property, with no grounds for suspicion beyond what somebody thought he saw from several hundred yards up in a helicopter.

Marijuana eradication programs, like the one that sent the helicopter up above the Georgia man's house, are typically funded partly via the Drug Enforcement Agency's Cannabis Eradication Program. Many of these funds come from the controversial asset forfeiture programs, which allow law enforcement officials to seize property from citizens never even charged - much less convicted - of a crime.

The Cannabis Eradication programs have historically inflated the size of their hauls by including non-psychoactive "ditchweed" in their totals of plants seized. In past years, ditchweed accounted for up to 98 percent of seized outdoor plant totals. According to the ONDCP, ditchweed still makes up an unspecified percent of outdoor plants seized.

It is also unclear how many of the seized plants are actually okra.

Lazy Gun

Lazy Gun I swung my front door wide open and placed my Remington 12-gauge shotgun right in my doorway.  I left 5 shells beside it, then left it alone and went about my business.   While I was gone, the mailman delivered my mail, the neighbor boy across the street mowed the yard, a girl walked her dog down the street, and quite a few cars stopped at the stop sign near the front of our house.   After about an hour, I checked on the gun.  It was still sitting there, right where I had left it.  It hadn't moved itself outside. It certainly hadn't killed anyone, even with the numerous opportunities it had been presented to do so. In fact, it hadn't even loaded itself.   Well you can imagine my surprise, with all the media hype about how dangerous guns are and how they kill people. Either the media is wrong or I'm in possession of the laziest gun in the world.   The United States is 3rd in Murders throughout the World. But if you take out Chicago, Detroit, Washington DC and New Orleans, the United States is 4th from the bottom for Murders. These 4 Cities also have the toughest Gun Control Laws in the United States .  All 4 are controlled by Democrats.   It would be absurd to draw any conclusions from this data - right?   Well, I'm off to check on my spoons - I hear they're making people fat.
