Man ticketed for broken windshield while trying to fix it

I am law abiding and have no sympathy for lawbreakers. However,
stories like this help me better understand the rage of people in
Ferguson who were bitter that the cops had used them for decades as a
revenue source. It goes on many places. For instance, there was a town
in Florida that disbanded their police force after investigators found
they were ordered to write enough tickets to pay the town's budget. I
used to hear stories about Mexican corruption. Guess we are catching
up.
